Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the Matcha Bunny online shop. The seller is Barista Bar Basel GmbH, St. Alban-Tal 34, 4052 Basel, Switzerland.

Contract

The products in the shop are not yet a binding offer. The contract is made when you complete the payment. You then receive a payment confirmation by email.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

Shipping within Switzerland: CHF 7.50 per order. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 100.- or more.

Payment

You pay when you order, by card, TWINT or PayPal, through our payment provider Stripe.

Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland only, with Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. If a product you ordered is no longer available, we let you know and refund the amount paid.

No returns

As our products are food and selected accessories, returns and exchanges are not possible. Swiss law gives no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please write to love@matchabunny.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the amount.

Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, unless the law requires a different one (for example for consumers).
